Inspirit AI

It was a thrilling experience to develop and train an AI code working on DNA.

In the AI Scholars Program of Inspirit AI I had opportunity to work with a team of alumni from the top universities like Stanford & MIT.

As my primary interest area is Genetics the AI Project I worked on with Inspirit AI is Covid-19 Genomics. In this project we have created a python application that predicts the origination region of SARS-CoV-2 based on DNA sequence of the virus.
